We want you to love your purchase from The Right Kind by Ini. Because our lip balms are handmade, all-natural skincare products, we are unable to accept returns once they have been opened or used.



Refunds:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.
 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for opened products for hygiene reasons.

Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.
 

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Because our products are made from natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur. These do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

We carefully handcraft and package each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We make our products in small batches to ensure freshness, so during busy periods processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
