We carefully handcraft and package each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We make our products in small batches to ensure freshness, so during busy periods processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Flat Rate Shipping: Free

Delivery Time: 1–2 working days after dispatch (UK Mainland only)

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days here with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will help arrange a replacement or refund.

We want you to love your purchase from The Right Kind by Ini. Because our lip balms are handmade, all-natural skincare products, we are unable to accept returns once they have been opened or used.



Refunds:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.
 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for opened products for hygiene reasons.

Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.
 

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
