Refunds:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for opened products for hygiene reasons.
Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
